How To Order Publications

Printed versions of publications may be ordered online or from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Health Information Center. Discounts are available when ordering large quantities. Please review the prices and shipping charges for each publication before ordering. To order, select from these options:

1. Information for patients and the public or health professionals can be viewed, downloaded, and ordered directly on the NHLBI Web site. (Credit card orders only.)
   
   
2. Order from the NHLBI Online Catalog. (Credit card orders only.)
   
   
3. Order by phone, fax, or mail from the NHLBI Print Catalog.

   Call or e-mail the NHLBI Health Information Center during operating hours to request a free copy of the NHLBI Educational Materials Catalog, which has an order form. After hours, please leave a voicemail message, requesting a catalog and giving your name, complete mailing address (including zip code), and telephone number where you can be reached during the day.
