Teresa came from the MBRFC in Pleasant Hill and has previously been on rotational assignments here at NWSTC and in Central Region HQ. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team experience. She's held 4 focal point or program leader positions and has over 7 years of operational experience using AWIPS. She provided overall direction for a team in the preparation and maintenance of weather related scientific software applications, scripts, HTML documents and operational programs. She's skilled at grid manipulation and familiar with the development of Smart Tools, local application and digital services. She's highly skilled in use of the hydrologic database and creation of product creation templates. Teresa also brings another important capability through her experience on the Central Region GIS team.
