Changing your address may result in a change in eligibility for your LANL Health Plan. Please contact the Benefit Operations Team if you are moving into or out of the State of New Mexico, or if you would like to confirm benefit eligibility. Changes to benefits due to any status change must be completed within 31 days of the event.
