 | Defense Secretary William Cohen re-enlists Air Force Staff Sgt. Lonnie Allen aboard an E-4B aircraft en route from Brasilia, Brazil, to Andrews Air Force Base, Md. Allen, a radar and secure voice operator, took the oath May 27. The aircraft carried the secretary and his staff from Washington to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. The aircraft and crew are assigned to the 1st Airborne Command and Control Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. Douglas J. Gillert
