This second edition of Family Planning
Methods and Practice: Africa is the product of collaboration between
African and American colleagues, the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC), and the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID). It is a comprehensive reference on
reproductive health and is written for family planning and reproductive
health service providers in Africa. Some of the topics included are
sexually transmitted infections, contraceptive methods, surgical
contraception, and service delivery.
