New Building

Nighttime rendering of the proposed new building for the Tennessee State Library and Archives. The Joint Venture Team is comprised of Kem Hinton, Tuck Hinton Architects, PLC. and Don Miller of Thomas, Miller & Partners, LLC. In planning since 1996, the new building will be located at the north end of the Bicentennial Mall and will offer a memorable research experience as well as state-of-the art storage and retrieval systems. The Tennessee State Library and Archives (TSLA), collects and preserves books and records of historical, documentary and reference value, and promotes library and archival development throughout the state.
