DEAS and HHMI NIH Network Password Reset
If you are a DEAS (or HHMI) staff member, and you have forgotten the password you use to login to the NIH Network and email, you should contact your DEAS (or HHMI) Supervisor. Your Supervisor can send an email message to the NIH Help Desk requesting that your password be reset. After the request is received at the NIH Help Desk, your password will be reset and an OD technician will contact you to deliver the new password.
If you don't know the name of your DEAS Supervisor, you can look it up on the
DEAS Home Page
.
After you receive your new password, you can simplify things in the future by registering with the
iForgotMyPW.nih.gov
(self-service) program, which can help you if you lose or forget your password in the future.
