Blaine, Bryan, Canadian, Cleveland, Cotton, Grady, Kiowa, McClain, Oklahoma, Rogers, and Stephens Counties for Individual Assistance and emergency protective measures [Category B], limited to direct Federal assistance under the Public Assistance program.

Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for emergency work and the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged facilities):

Custer, Hughes, Jefferson, Logan, McIntosh, Pawnee, Payne, Pontotoc, Seminole and Tillman Counties.

Bryan, Comanche, Cotton, Kiowa, Oklahoma, Ottawa, Pottawatomie, Stephens and Washington Counties for emergency protective measures [Category B], limited to direct Federal assistance under the Public Assistance program.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of Oklahoma are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
