Bergen, Burlington, Essex, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance.)

Camden, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, and Sussex Counties for Public Assistance.

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations for actions taken to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property from natural hazards):

All counties in the State of New Jersey are eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
