Objectives
- Provide adequate coverage and continuity of data in the islands
of Hawaii, the Northwestern Hawaii Islands, and the American
Flag (AF) Territories.
- Provide tools with capabilities of exploring in-situ data
from real-time data streams and integrating the data streams
with archives.
- Distribute data on optical disc media to people who have low
bandwidth Internet connections.
