service, or for those World Wide Web and Internet resources made accessible
via CyberStacks(sm), including any warranty of merchantability or fitness to a particular
purpose, and shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages or
lost profits or other claims related to its use.
The use of the Library of Congress classification schedules to organize
selected resources within CyberStacks(sm) does not constitute an
endorsement by the Library of Congress of the United States.
