The two most common types of request are Non-Commercial or Commercial Purpose. Non-Commercial is for individual or private use, whereas, Commercial is for any purpose in which the purchaser can reasonably anticipate the receipt of monetary gain from the direct or indirect use of such public records. (A.R.S. §39-121.03(D)). These forms have been linked below for your convenience. 

Approved requests are typically fulfilled within 7 to 10 business days. With some requests, files must be retrieved from an offsite storage facility, which may cause an additional delay. Staff will be in contact with the Requestor to clarify the request, advise of associated fees, provide status information and/or indicate whether or not the record is available.
