Clinic Services

Maricopa County Public Health offers specialized services such as HIV/AIDS testing, STD testing, Family Planning, TB Testing, Childhood and Foreign Travel Immunizations and Hansen�s Disease (Leprosy) through our clinic located at 1645 E. Roosevelt in Phoenix. Homeless primary care services are offered through our Healthcare for the Homeless Program located on the Human Services Campus at 1201 W. Madison in Phoenix.

Family Planning
On May 10th, 2009, the Family Planning clinic will be closed. Please read further for information on obtaining or transferring your medical records to another clinic as well as review a list of suggested service providers.

Hansen's Disease (Leprosy)
Screening and treatment of people with leprosy and their contacts are available to residents throughout Arizona.

Health Care for the Homeless
Provides an integrated system of health care services throughout the county for homeless individuals and families.

Refugee Health
Disease screening, immunizations, health assessments and follow-up care are provided to newly arrived refugees.

|
TB Control & Prevention
Diagnosis, treatment and case management services are available to people with active TB or TB infection. Staff also provides testing and preventive therapy for people who might have been exposed to someone with the disease.
