| USS Abraham Lincoln Returns Home |

The aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln returns to San Diego, Calif., March 1, 2005, following a five-month deployment with USS Abraham Lincoln Battle group. The Lincoln pulled into San Diego to drop off the sailors and Marines assigned to the group and then make its transit up the coast to her homeport of Everett, Wash. The Lincoln and group supported Operation Unified Assistance, the humanitarian relief effort to aid the victims of the tsunami that struck Southeast Asia, during their Western Pacific deployment.
