Upholding and promoting the Laboratory’s diversity guiding principles are every employee’s responsibility. The Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) assists the Laboratory in carrying out its diversity mission by supplying guidance for and ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws and regulations; providing disability referrals; and facilitating employee diversity working groups, which focus on diversity issues related to retention and development, recruitment, and the working environment.
