A-Plus Construction Services is a survey-engineering firm founded in March
1994. The firm has grown from a four-man operation then, to a staff of 30 surveyors,
engineers and technicians now. The excellent growth we believe can be attributed to the high
quality of our work and our timely response to our customers.
The firm has worked throughout the State of Massachusetts on many complex

We have completed numerous projects, either directly or indirectly for many townsand cities including the City of Boston and for several state departments and agencies including the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Massachusetts Highway Department, Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Through the integration of state-of-the-art field survey collection and recording
equipment and our CADD workstations loaded with the latest in mapping software,
we deliver a cost effective and timely product.
A-Plus has provided various surveying services on a number of interesting projects in the Boston and surrounding New England area including: The MBTA Greenbush Line through Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset and Scituate; North Point Park on the Charles River in Cambridge and Somerville; Babbling Brook restoration in Brookline; East Boston Memorial Park; National Vetern's Cemetary, Bourne; William Rice Recreation Complex in Wrentham; Zakim/Bunker Hill Bridge over the Charles River; and the Broadway Bridge and walkways at the Fort Point Channel.
Large scale projects include: Terminal E Modernization at Logan International Gateway; Bristol-Myers Squibb development at Fort Devens in Devens MA; Natick Mall Expansion , Natick; South Shore Plaza Expansion, Braintree; Boston Convention Center; MHD Engineeing Field Survey Services Contracts in Districts 2, 3, 4 and 5; Nut Islands Park, Quincy; Twin Rivers, Lincoln RI; Metrowest tunnel; and the Visitors Center Pier on Spectacle Island in Boston Harbor. Current park projects include: Wharf District Park as part of the Rose Kennedy Greenway; Nantasket Beach Restoration in Hull; Ponkapoag Pond Dam, Weston Park in Weymouth; ans Armory Park in Brookline.
Services provided include topographic, hydrographic, cross-section, utility, right-of-way, easement, boundary and construction layout surveys. High quality in house plotting capabilities using the latest in Hewlatt Packard Plotters are used to deliver a high quality hard copy of all work. In addition all work product is available in the latest Autodesk format (currently Autodesk Civil Series 2009).
