DOCLINE -- Routing History

Question: How do I see the routing history for my request?

Answer:

- To view the routing history of a specific request:

• - From the DOCLINE main menu, select Requests, then Status/Cancel.
  
  
• - Enter the request number and click Go.
  
  OR
  
  - Use the Set search limits values as appropriate for your needs (e.g., DOCLINE, Borrow, Retired) and click the Go button on the far right hand side of the window.
  
  
• - Once the request(s) are displayed, click on the value in the Action column to view the routing history for a specific request.
  
  
• - Requests are kept on the system for 40 days after it has been filled or retired.
  
  
• - Special Handling requests are marked with a red asterisk.
