Question: Can I use the EFTS File Builder to bill EFTS borrowers even if I am not an EFTS participant?
Answer:

No. You must be an EFTS participant to bill or get billed via EFTS.

To join EFTS or to obtain more information on EFTS, contact your Regional Medical Library at 1-800-338-7657. Canadian libraries should call CISTI at 1-800-668-1222. Libraries can also contact EFTS directly at (866) 561-5045.
