Adolescent Vaccine Materials for State and Local Health Departments
CDC has created a set of materials to help state and local health departments support the implementation of ACIP adolescent vaccine recommendations. The materials are provided as templates and refer to meningococcal disease and pertussis (whooping cough); however, when customized they can include human papillomavirus (HPV) and other recommended vaccines. Use these links to view and download free of cost. Additional electronic educational materials are available as well (e.g., e-cards and podcasts, blogs, etc). We encourage health departments and organizations to utilize the materials. If you are interested in customizing these materials to your state, contact the Meningitis and Vaccine Preventable Diseases Branch at 1-800- CDC-INFO. Examples of state specific materials are available by request .
Education and communication materials are now available! As more become available, they will be added to this site.
