Training & Certification

Revocation of NOAA Dive Certification

Dive certification may be revoked or suspended by the UDS, LODO/FDO, or DNDP for the following reasons:

  • Violation of NAO 209-123
  • Lack of good judgment
  • Failure to meet requirements for requalification

Divers shall be informed in writing and can appeal the decision to the NDSB.
