Locating a Filing for QF Status in eLibrary
All self-certifications and applications for Commission certification
of QF status are posted electronically in the Commission's eLibrary
system. Filings are typically added to eLibrary within several
business days of the date of filing.
If the docket number for a facility is known, then all documents
related to the certification of QF status of that facility (including
self-certifications, applications for Commission certification,
interventions, protests, Commission orders, etc.) can be found
by executing an eLibrary query by docket number. If the docket
number is not known, it may be possible to locate filings for
a facility by executing various other types of queries (for instance,
a text search by the applicant or facility name).
New filings (and the docket numbers for those filings) may be
found by using the New
Dockets Search in the Commission's eLibrary system to search
a date range (no more than 10 days per query). For best results,
search by "docket filing date" and enter a date range that includes
the date the filing is believed to have been received by the Secretary.
Query results are in alphabetical order by docket number. To locate
your filing, scroll down the results page to the docket numbers
beginning with "QF" and look for your filing.
