NEAR LATITUDE 17.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 117.8 WEST OR ABOUT 655 MILES
...1055 KM...SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA CALIFORNIA.
 
ELIDA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
