Community Giving Programs
"LANL Laces," is a year-round Laboratory employee-giving program. The program is designed to purchase shoes for children to ensure that they have proper school attire. The Community Programs Office works with local school districts who will identify kids who have the greatest need. Area stores partner with the Laboratory by having their employee help the students select the size of shoes that they need.
Laboratory employees and contractors can choose one of two methods to donate to LANL Laces: Drop-off a personal check/money order at the Cashier's Office in the Otowi Building or mail it to Mail Stop P231. Employees should indicate (on the check) that it is a donation to LANL Laces. Volunteers to assist with the shoe fittings are also needed. |
Thanksgiving Food Drive/
