R. Kurt Kier is a Certified Culinarian that received his certification from the American Culinary Federation. During his free time he enjoys playing the guitar, writing, drawing and playing fantasy role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, et al. Kurt also collects musical instruments and tattoos.
