This is the released version of the NOAA Fisheries Strategic Plan. It is available in two formats: 1. Microsoft Word version 6.0 (for windows), but missing the graphic images. You must unzip it using winzip, pkunzip, etc., and 2. Portable Document format with graphic images. This file most closely resembles the format of the printed plan.
The .PDF format is viewable on most platforms, provided you first download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader version 3.
