These fields include only data for the two States Pennsylvania and Washington, which revised their birth certificates for 2003. An upcoming CD-ROM to be issued February or March 2006 will include the corrected data for these States; please contact (301)458-4111. Prenatal care data for all other States shown in other fields are accurate.
