Grantee Spotlight
West Virginia’s CAMC, a Part C grantee, provides HIV outpatient health care to a largely rural a 19-county area. Online resources help clients get in care, and peer advocates participate as members of HIV health care teams to help clients address issues in care management.
Memphis became a new Part A grantee in 2006 and quickly built a foundation for an organized system of HIV/AIDS services for counties in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. They conducted their first-ever needs assessment and crafted standards of care.
