As a condition of their grant awards,
Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grantees are
required to report data on clients, services
provided, and expenditures. Below are
the types of data reports that are currently
required.

(RDR)

In order to meet funding requirements,
service providers funded by the Ryan
White HIV/AIDS Program must complete
the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Annual
Data Report (RDR) detailing information
on all the clients they served during
the course of the calendar year. Get

Beginning January 1, 2009, Ryan White
Program grantees and service providers
will use a new semiannual data collection
and reporting system to report information
on their programs and the clients
they serve to the HIV/AIDS Bureau.
Reports will cover the first half
of the calendar year and the full
