Adobe® Acrobat Reader®
version 5.0 or higher is required in order to view the slides.
- Open the slides in the Acrobat Reader® and save a copy of the file to
your hard drive or network drive.
- To view as a slide presentation:
- Open the saved file in Acrobat Reader®
- Select “Window” and then “Full Screen View”
PowerPoint® format: Microsoft® PowerPoint® Version 2000 or higher
is required to view or download these slides.

To download one of the PowerPoint® slides, right click on the link for
the slide and select the "Save Link" or "Save Target" option.

To view as a slide presentation, open the saved file in PowerPoint®,
select “View” and then “Slide Show”. To copy/paste a slide into your
presentation, use the "Insert Slides from Files" command within
PowerPoint® to insert the slide into your presentation.
Viewing
PowerPoint® Slides in Windows® Internet Explorer®*
- To view the slides in the browser:
- Click on the link for the slide
- When the pop-up window appears asking "Do you want to open or save this file?" press the "Open" button
- To view the notes:
- Right click on the slide and either: select "Edit Slides", or select "Full Screen"
- When you see the slides in "Full Screen," right click on the slide, highlight "Screen", which will expand a sub-menu
- Select "Speaker Notes."
- To print the notes:
- Right click on the slide and select "Print", which will launch a new window
- Select the drop-down box under "Print What" and select either "Slides", Handouts", "Notes Pages", or "Outline View"
- Select "OK".
