Under Secretary Gurulé oversees the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the U.S. Customs Service, the U.S. Secret Service, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Post September 11th he has overseen the day to day operations of the Treasury Department's fight against terrorist financing. He will be discussing the role of the Treasury Department in the war on terrorist financing and some of the challenges presented in stopping the money flow.
