Brownsville, TX, July 24, 2008 -- This gas station's roof and front highway signs have been damaged and twisted by Hurricane Dolly. Closed for business during Hurricane Dolly, most business owners are now reopening with electrical power and assessing the damage caused. Hurricane Dolly crossed South Padre Island with 120mph winds.
