  • Is your classroom a long way from Kansas City?
Use Interactive Distance Learning to make a virtual visit to the National Archives-Central Plains!

  • Teachers select one of five lessons. Each is taught by an Archivist from the National Archives – Central Plains Region:
Introduction to Teaching with Documents, Civil War in the Border States, the American West-Westward Expansion, Online Resources for Educators at the National Archives, and Students Experiencing History Online.
