INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in Marion County and Johnson County will close on Thursday, July 24; reopening Friday, July 25 as U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs). The Owen County Mobile Disaster Recovery Center (MDRC) will be open through Friday, July 25, thereafter will revert back to a SBA DLOC on Monday, July 28. Also, the DRC in Columbus, IN is changing locations.

Individuals with SBA questions may call the SBA Customer Service Center at 1-800-659-2955 or TTY 1-800-877-8339 or visit SBA's Web site www.sba.govHelp from SBA may also be obtained by visiting the Johnson, Marion or Owen County Disaster Loan Outreach Centers (DLOCs) until further notice:

Applicants can continue to reach federal recovery experts online at www.fema.gov or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 1-800-462-7585 for the speech- and hearing-impaired. Both lines are operational from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F; Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. FEMA will have a presence at the Johnson County and Marion County DLOCs for questions.

August 11, 2008 is the last day applications will be accepted for Individual Assistance. Loan applications to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for disaster-related losses to real and personal property also must be submitted by that date.
