Parks releases RFP for family-oriented recreational services

Adobe Dam Regional Park solicits proposals for family-oriented recreational services

(Phoenix) - Maricopa County’s Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals for family-oriented recreational services at the Adobe Dam Regional Park located at 23280 N. 43^rd Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, 85310.  Qualified services will consist of family-oriented recreational opportunities that protect park resources while enhancing family recreational activities by providing safe and meaningful outdoor experiences.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department located at 234 N. Central Avenue, Suite 6400, Phoenix, Arizona 85004, at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 14. Proposals from non-attendees will not be considered. County staff will make a brief presentation at the pre-proposal conference, publicly answer questions and mail all attendees a hard copy of all written/oral questions and responses. Attendees must bring a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) with all exhibits and appendixes, in addition to a business card..

Copies of the RFP may be downloaded from the Parks Website at www.maricopa.gov/parks. All proposals must be signed, sealed and received by the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department no later than 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 19.
