FastPack
FastPack is a document preparation and packing service provided by the Federal Records Centers. Learn More

Metro Courier
We provide courier service for pick up and delivery of reference requests to Federal agencies. Metro Courier service can be provided each business day or on an as-needed basis.
This service is offered on a reimbursable basis, and charges are based on urgency of request.

Inventory Services
Agencies are required to submit inventories, or "box lists" when sending permanent records to the FRC. It's a good idea to do it when sending any records. When it hasn't been done, agencies often find that they don't know the exact contents of many boxes sent to storage years ago.

Research Space
Agencies must sometimes undertake research projects in their own records. We can ship back to you any number of boxes to facilitate research at your own site. If you prefer to come here, we can provide research space at our facility, pull boxes you require, and deliver them to the research room. Contact us for pricing.
