Designed to instruct participants on obtaining telecom services at no additional cost, explanation of the billing process, "CAN" management, overview of project management, premium call features services, and when a fee for service is needed.
 
Objectives:
This session will discuss:
  • How to get your request processed as quickly as possible
  • The interactive tools that provide you with information regarding your request
  • How to describe your service requirements to get your work done right the first time
  • Voice mail options
  • The Project Management approach that DNST / CIT / TIB uses to handle your request
  • What is involved in applying billing to the correct CAN
Who should attend:
Anyone who submits a Telephone Service Request (TSR) or Delpro request
