NIH Calling Cards

The FTS2001 Calling Card is for authorized NIH personnel to make domestic long distance and international calls. This service is provided by MCI.

NIH staff are allowed one card per person and the determination of those individuals who should receive a card is made by an NIH supervising official.

In order to obtain a calling card, you must submit a Delpro request through your IC’s Administrative Office. You may request cards for multiple staff members on a single Delpro. Please include applicable billing authorization code(s)/common account number for accurate billing.

The normal delivery interval for cards is 15 business days from when your request is retrieved and accepted in the telecommunications section of the service and supply fund module in the Delpro system.

For more information on

  • disconnecting a calling card,
