Disaster Summary for FEMA-1370-DR, Minnesota Declaration Date: May 16, 2001 Incident Type: Flooding Incident Period: March 23, 2001 through July 3, 2001 Counties Declared and Types of Assistance as of July 31, 2001: Anoka, Benton, Hennepin, Koochiching Olmsted, and Rice Counties and Red Lake Indian Reservation and White Earth Indian Reservation for Individual Assistance. (8) Big Stone, Clay, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Isanti, Lac qui Parle, Morrison, Noble, Norman, Polk, Ramsey, Redwood, Renville, Roseau, Swift, Todd, Traverse and Wilkin Counties and Fon du Lac Indian Reservation, Red Lake Indian Reservation and Mille Lacs Indian Reservation for the Public Assistance Program. (22) Aitkin, Beltrami, Brown, Carlton, Carver, Chippewa, Chisago, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Douglas, Freeborn, Grant, Goodhue, Houston, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Kittson, Lake of Woods, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs, Mower, Nicollet, Otter Tail, Pine, Red Lake, Scott, Sibley, St. Louis, Stearns, Stevens, Wabasha, Washington, Winona, Wright and Yellow Medicine and the Tribal governments of Prairie Island and Upper Sioux for Individual Assistance and Public Assistance Programs.
