Individual Assistance
(Assistance to individuals and households):

    Buchanan, Dickenson, Montgomery, Russell, Tazewell, and Wise 
    Counties and the cities of Norton, Roanoke and Salem.

Public Assistance
(Assistance to State and local governments for 
the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged 
public facilities):

    Appomattox, Arlington, Buchanan, Clarke, Craig, Dickenson,
    Fairfax, Fauquier, Floyd, Frederick, Halifax, Highland, 
    Henry, Lee, Loudoun, Montgomery, Orange, Pittsylvania, 
    Rappahannock, Scott, Wise, Wythe Counties and the cities of 
    Alexandria, Danville, Fairfax, Falls Church, Norton, Roanoke,
    Salem and Winchester for a period of 48 hours. Prince William, 
    Shenandoah, and Warren Counties and the cities of Manassas 
    and Manassas Park for emergency protective measures (Category B) 
    under the Public Assistance program for a period of 48 hours.     

Hazard Mitigation Grant Program
(Assistance to State and local governments for actions taken
to prevent or reduce long term risk to life and property 
from natural hazards): 

    All counties in the Commonwealth of Virginia are eligible to 
    apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

Other:
    Additional designations may be made at a later date after
    further evaluation.
