Public Assistance (Assistance to State and local governments for the repair or replacement of disaster-damaged public facilities): Appomattox, Arlington, Buchanan, Clarke, Craig, Dickenson, Fairfax, Fauquier, Floyd, Frederick, Halifax, Highland, Henry, Lee, Loudoun, Montgomery, Orange, Pittsylvania, Rappahannock, Scott, Wise, Wythe Counties and the cities of Alexandria, Danville, Fairfax, Falls Church, Norton, Roanoke, Salem and Winchester for a period of 48 hours. Prince William, Shenandoah, and Warren Counties and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park for emergency protective measures (Category B) under the Public Assistance program for a period of 48 hours.
