• Under the REPRODUCTION/CALL NUMBER field, note all the numbers and letters that appear there, including the period. (For example: 2028.62 or 2026.112).
• Note down a brief descriptive caption for the item.

Include the following information with a digital order

• Indicate the resolution in dots per inch (dpi) desired for the scan.
• Indicate the format desired for the scan (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, Adobe® Photoshop® PSD, etc.).
