Katherine Zecca, won the national poster competition celebrating the 125th anniversary of NMFS. Her original entry is a painting based on a black & white photograph, ca. 1871-1875, of the first U.S. Fish Commissioner Spencer Baird and his colleagues.

Katherine is an illistrator for the Alaska Fisheries Science Center/Graphics Unit, Seattle WA
