Abstract: (CIT): Dr. Wilson is a faculty member in the departments of pediatrics, radiology, microbiology and immunology at Georgetown University Medical Center, where he directs Project Argus, a global detection and tracking system for the early detection of biological events. His presentation will focus on how non-traditional data can be used to detect outbreaks of human, animal and plant diseases.
