TREASURY DIRECTIVE 13-04

SUBJECT:  Treasury Directive (TD 13-04), “Delegation of Authority Relating to the United States Enrichment Corporation Privatization”

CANCELLATION DATE:   June 24, 2001

REASON FOR CANCELLATION:  TD 13-04, dated June 24, 1998, is cancelled. The Office of the Assistant General Counsel (Banking and Finance) and the Office of Primary Interest concurred that since the privatization of the Corporation was complete, this directive did not need to be renewed.
