Local News: May 1, 2009 - The United States Marshals Service’s Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Georgia Homicide Suspect Jerry Robert Hobbs. In 1989 it is believed that Hobbs former girlfriend, Dianne Quinsenberry was removed from a Battered Women’s Shelter in Cairo, Ga. It is alleged that Quinsenberry was beaten to death although her body has never been recovered.
