Resolutions are the written record of actions taken or determinations made by the Board of Directors of the Federal Housing Finance Board. When the Board of Directors had less than three members (January 1, 1994 to June 1, 1995), the written record of actions taken or determinations made were called Decision Memoranda. The Resolution file for 1994 includes only Decision Memoranda, the file for 1995 includes both Decision Memoranda and Resolutions, and the files for all other years include only Resolutions. Resolutions are numbered in sequence, e.g., 2000-##. Decision Memoranda are numbered in sequence with the prefix “DM”, e.g., 1994-DM-##.
