These contracts are subject to the Fair Opportunity to Compete (See Section G.4, FAR 16.505 of the contract document).  Contracting Officers placing orders shall provide each contractor a fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $2,500 issued under any of the above contracts, except as provided in FAR 16.505(b)(2).

A Transaction Record will be required for all orders placed against the contract.  Please fill out this document for your records upon receipt of your supplies or completion of your services.
