In addition to scheduled talks, time is allotted for discussions on outstanding problems and issues in cardiovascular phenotyping, such as the effects of anesthesia, and the limitations of the mouse for modeling human cardiovascular disease. We will also be having a poster session and abstract submissions for it are welcome. Subsequent to the symposium, a series of in-depth reviews will be assembled on topics covered during the symposium and will be published in Physiologic Genomics. Registration is still open. If you have trouble accessing the electronic registration page, please call 301-496-4910 or e-mail corbettj@nhlbi.nih.gov. We encourage those of you already working in this area as well as those wanting to learn about this field to attend the symposium.
