Pediatric Academic Societies Annual Meeting

NIEHS Children’s Health Research Showcased at Pediatric Academic Societies Annual Meeting in Baltimore May 2–5

Children’s health research is a major priority for the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). NIEHS program staff and supported researchers from across the country will share their latest findings at the annual Pediatric Academic Societies meeting in Baltimore, Md., May 2–5. For example, new findings from the Children’s Environmental Health and Disease Prevention Research Centers (http://www.niehs.nih.gov/research/supported/centers/prevention/index.cfm), which the NIEHS supports with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will be highlighted, as well as many sessions by our grantees.

Event Highlights

All events will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center unless noted.

The NIEHS and U.S. EPA Children’s Environmental Health and Disease Prevention Research Center investigators will be sharing research and/or approaches on examining the role of the environment in children’s health.
