Form 1 FR-IB Part A

NFA's Financial Requirements now require Futures Commission Merchants and Independent Introducing Brokers to file their un-audited financial statements electronically. (See Notice to Members I-01-30). To file your un-audited financial statements electronically, complete the electronic 1FR-IB form.

The required software is WinJammer^TM version 4.0. WinJammer^TM is a Windows application developed jointly by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc., Chicago Board of Trade, and National Futures Association. WinJammer^TM is the futures industry standard for firms to enter and transmit FOCUS, 1-FR, and other financial statements.
