Account Representatives
We have a team of headquarters-based records professionals to serve your business needs: Kenny Ragland, Karen Scott, and Sandra Wayman.
Kenny Ragland
joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account
representative in July 2004. Previously, Mr. Ragland worked for the Washington National Records Center.
His experience at the records center includes supervising in the reference service branch.
Mr. Ragland also worked as the Records Manager at the District of Columbia Records Center
where he was in charge of preservation of agency records of the D.C. Government.
Mr. Ragland is the point of contact for the following agencies:

Karen A. Scott joined the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in the Record Center Program in January 2003. Previously, Ms. Scott worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a Compliance Specialist, where she enforced the rules and regulations of fruits and vegetables regulated under the 9 CFR domestic and imported orders.
Ms. Scott is the point of contact for the following agencies:

Sandra J. Wayman joined the Federal Records Centers at the National Archives and Records Administration as an account representative in February 1999. Sandy worked at our Washington National Records Center, accumulating over 24 years of service. Sandy's experience at the records center include positions involving reference service, quality control, micrographics, and accessioning and disposal. Her years of service enabled her to gain a broad knowledge in both records management and records center functions.
